The lip syncing is horrible, the voices do not match the faces, and its so painfully obvious its faked that it just looks scammy. Furthermore, I purchased their plan (which defaults to annual and is super unclear there is actually a monthly plan) so I could see if the premium avatars were more realistic, as advertised, but they were just as bad if not worse.

We had a number of issues with lipsync and audio being off. The videos look cheap and like AI. The compnay also has shady practices by making you sign up for a plan to try it out, there free plan doesn't give you a good chance to actually try the software.
Shortly after subscribing, they removed part of the features entirely and told me I’d have to upgrade to a plan that’s 7! times more expensive to get them back — even though I had paid for a plan where those features were available.
