I used Creatify.ai to create a professional B2B video and gave very clear instructions. The output repeatedly failed... Wrong voice, wrong speed, missing scenes, inconsistent branding, random logos... Creatify did credit me for some of the issues, but then continued to argue with me about how many credits had been used... I was still made to feel as though I had to keep proving the obvious.
The lip syncing is horrible, the voices do not match the faces, and it's so painfully obvious it's faked that it just looks scammy. Furthermore, I purchased their plan (which defaults to annual and is super unclear there is actually a monthly plan) so I could see if the premium avatars were more realistic, as advertised, but they were just as bad if not worse.
Shortly after subscribing, they removed part of the features entirely and told me I'd have to upgrade to a plan that's 7x more expensive to get them back - even though I had paid for a plan where those features were available.
