The videos look completely unrealistic. Lip synchronization is off, the voices sound artificial, and the overall result is not usable. On top of that, there is no refund policy – you’re stuck with the costs. Very disappointing experience.
I definitely do not recommend it. The software produces low-quality videos. There are shifts in the audio part, and the videos are definitely not at a usable level. Before making a purchase, their website stated, 'Try it and if you are not satisfied, we will refund without question.' After a few video trials, I explained the issues and requested a refund. They said we processed the refund via email, but they did not initiate the refund process. Then they changed their refund policy on their website and did not issue our refund.
Very bad, dont fall into this twitter trap. I do ecom and decided to give it a try after seen so many posts on X by the founder. I generated 1video and the result was very bad.. I contacted customer service and sent the videos to them, but they didnt do much. I asked for a refund and they said their policy its just for accounts that didnt generate videos. So what is the 'try risk free' refund policy for? What is it that you can try for free, logging in? I even contacted the founder on X and he left liked my post and left me on seen lol..
