My experience began with what I believed would be a straightforward video project. By the time I finished, I had spent over $260 through a series of upgrades and was still left with a final product that fell well short of my expectations... InVideo refused to provide a full refund.
The support is terrible... I decided I wanted to cancel my subscription and get a refund of $216 for the remaining 9 months of my 12 month subscription. They will not do that... 'Since our Annual Plan is significantly discounted from our Monthly Plans and is a commitment from you and Pictory, we don't currently offer refunds.'
