The content needed to build ads requires a Pro licence, which is ridiculously expensive. That was not mentioned anywhere in the ads... After asking for a refund (which they legally grant)... I've sent seven emails and used their chat system multiple times. I've gotten nothing in return, and no money back.
I used Creatify.ai to create a professional B2B video and gave very clear instructions. The output repeatedly failed... Wrong voice, wrong speed, missing scenes, inconsistent branding, random logos... I was still made to feel as though I had to keep proving the obvious.
