Heygen... basically makes up 80% of the content. It makes loads of mistakes, which you end up paying for in credits... it always uses the same music in everything you do; it doesn't matter if you ask for different music.

Spent over $260 and still fell short of expectations

My experience began with what I believed would be a straightforward video project. By the time I finished, I had spent over $260 through a series of upgrades and was still left with a final product that fell well short of my expectations... InVideo refused to provide a full refund. Their position was that because credits had been consumed during the process, the charges would largely remain in place regardless of whether the customer was satisfied.
