Heygen App Difficult to use. Unauthorised charges, I paid for one off project, however two months later when I checked my account Heygen were debiting unauthorised large amounts from my bank account.
The support is terrible. They tell you to 'stay online and we will be right with you,' but after 25 minutes you realize that is a lie... I decided I wanted to cancel my subscription and get a refund of $216 for the remaining 9 months of my 12 month subscription. They will not do that... 'Since our Annual Plan is significantly discounted from our Monthly Plans and is a commitment from you and Pictory, we don't currently offer refunds.'
